I’ve been obsessed with building digital spaces since the days of GeoCities and dial-up internet (yes, I just aged myself!). What started as a hobby at 17 turned into a lifelong passion for high-end design and organized business infrastructure.
While I spent over 11 years running my own luxury portrait studio, I quickly realized that my "secret sauce" wasn't just my photography—it was the business systems I built behind the scenes. I learned how to move from a "messy middle" to a professional, automated machine, and now I use that same expertise to help other entrepreneurs launch with confidence.

To make sure we’re popping champagne by your launch date, I’ll need you to stay on top of your weekly action items. If you keep the decisions coming, I’ll keep the build moving! My goal is to save you about 60 to 80 hours of googling "how to start a business" so you can just... actually start it!

Totally fine! A lot of my clients start with the Foundation package to get their legal and searchable "plumbing" in place, then upgrade to the Systems Engine when they’re ready to automate their client life. If you decide to upgrade within six months of your initial launch, you just pay the difference between the two packages. It is a great way to grow your business infrastructure at a pace that feels comfortable for your budget.

Never! Every package comes with a dedicated support window to ensure you feel confident. Plus, if you decide you want me to stick around for Website Management or VA services, I’ll give you 10% off your first month when you commit to a year of us working together. I’m here to build your empire, not just a website, so I want to make sure you have the long-term support you need.

Outside of my service fee, you should budget for your "business basics." These are paid directly to the providers and include things like your business registration fees (usually via a service like LegalZoom), website and domain hosting, your CRM subscription, and Google Workspace. Depending on the complexity of your launch, other services may be required and most have an annual fee for a steep discount, or you can opt to pay monthly. You should also account for standard credit card processing fees for online payments.

I want this investment to feel as stress-free as possible. I am happy to set up a custom payment plan that fits your specific budget and timeline. The only requirement is that the total balance must be paid in full prior to our official launch date. This ensures everything is settled and squared away so you can focus entirely on your "Grand Opening" without a single administrative distraction.

Because I dedicate a specific block of time to your launch and begin work immediately upon onboarding, all payments are non-refundable. If you have a change of heart before our official Discovery Call, I can offer a refund minus a $500 administrative fee to cover the time spent on your onboarding and contract setup. Once the build has started, no refunds are provided.

If you need to cancel your project for any reason, you may do so at any time. However, please note that any payments made up to that point are forfeited to cover the work already completed and the time reserved on my calendar. For clients on a Payment Plan, the project will be paused immediately upon cancellation, and no further work will be delivered.

I know life is unpredictable! However, to keep our project on track and meet your launch date, I require consistent communication. If a project remains idle with no feedback or "action item" progress for more than 30 consecutive days, it is considered Abandoned.
The Result: The project is officially closed, and all fees paid are forfeited.
The Restart: To reopen an abandoned project, a Reactivation Fee of 15% of the total project cost will be required to get you back on my active schedule.

If you know ahead of time that you’ll be unavailable (for a vacation or family event), just let me know! We can build a "Scheduled Pause" into our timeline. As long as we agree on the dates beforehand, you won't be subject to any abandonment fees. My goal is to be your partner, so communication is the key to a stress-free launch.

Absolutely. I don’t just build the car and hand you the keys; I teach you how to drive it. You will have a Zoom recording and AI Note summary from your training and launch call to review anytime you get stuck, as well as all of the documents we’ll complete during your build (that you should store someplace safe!).

You do! I am a big believer in business owners having total control over their "digital assets." While I handle the domain procurement and setup, I register everything in your name with your primary email. Once we launch, I’ll hand over a "Master Key" document with all your logins, and I’ll remove myself as an admin unless you decide to keep me on for Website Management Services.
