    Open For Business

Your business goes live with a professional digital presence, automated workflows, and a backend that runs so smoothly you can actually lead like a CEO.

From a "Someday" Idea to a Day-One Execution

You have the vision, the drive, and the talent. What you don't have is a clear roadmap for all the tech, systems, and setup that have to happen before you can open your doors. That's exactly where I come in. I handle the heavy lifting so your business launches professionally, runs efficiently, and makes the right first impression from day one

I've launched multiple businesses myself, so I know the exact mix of excitement and panic that comes with starting from scratch. The difference between a chaotic launch and a confident one isn't talent, it's infrastructure.

Together we build your complete operational foundation: a stunning Squarespace website, backend SEO, automated workflows, and every client touchpoint intentionally designed to match your brand.

The goal is simple. Hand you the keys to a business that looks professional, runs automatically, and lets you lead like a CEO from the moment you go live.

This Is Built for You If...

  • You have a business idea that's been sitting in your notes app for way too long

  • You're ready to launch but have no idea where to start with the tech

  • You've been Googling "how to start an LLC" at midnight and still aren't sure what to do

  • You want to launch professionally, not cobble something together and fix it later

  • You know you need a website, a CRM, and some kind of system, but the thought of setting it all up makes your head spin

  • You're done waiting for the "right time" and ready to actually build it

If you read that list and felt personally called out, you're in the right place!

No pressure! Just a conversation about where you are and where you want to be.

Ready to stop the late-night research and kickstart your real-world launch? I am ready when you are. Let’s design the perfect business systems infrastructure for your new venture.

Small Business Launch & Systems Portfolio

Everything You Need to Know About Starting Your Business

  • Think of me as your Small Business Operations & Systems Specialist. I'm here for the heavy lifting so you don't have to figure it all out alone. I'll need your input on creative decisions and those private "eyes only" setup details to keep things moving, but the technical overwhelm? That's my job.

To make sure we're popping champagne by your launch date, I just need you to stay on top of your weekly action items. You keep the decisions coming and I'll keep the build moving.

My goal is to save you 60 to 80 hours of Googling "how to start a small business" so you can stop researching and actually launch it.

  • Absolutely, and honestly, a lot of my clients do exactly that. Many start with The Essential Foundation to get their legal and operational plumbing in place, then upgrade to a fuller package when they're ready to automate their client workflow and kick things into high gear.

If you decide to upgrade within six months of your initial launch you just pay the difference between the two packages. No penalties, no starting over, no paying twice for the same work.

It's the perfect way to build your small business infrastructure at a pace that feels right for your budget without sacrificing the quality of your foundation.

  • Yes, every package comes with a dedicated post-launch support window so you feel completely confident managing your new setup before you're on your own.

And if you decide you want me to stick around for ongoing operations, systems management, or web design support, I'd love that too. Commit to a year of us working together and you'll get 10% off your first month as a thank you for trusting me with the long game.

I'm not here to hand you a website and disappear. I'm here to make sure your business has the operational foundation it actually deserves and the expert support to back it up.

  • Great question and an important one. Outside of my service fee there are a few standard "business basics" you'll want to budget for. These are paid directly to the providers and are pretty universal regardless of who helps you launch:

    • Business registration fees are typically handled through a service like LegalZoom

    • Website and domain hosting through Squarespace

    • A CRM subscription to manage your clients and workflows

    • Google Workspace for professional branded email

    • Standard credit card processing fees for online payments

Most of these have an annual payment option that comes with a steep discount over paying month to month. I'll always flag those so you can make the most budget-friendly choice for your situation.

Depending on the complexity of your launch a few additional tools may come into play, but I'll walk you through everything upfront so there are zero surprises by the time we hit go live.

  • I want this investment to feel as stress-free as the backend we're about to build you. I'm happy to set up a custom payment plan that fits your budget and timeline, no rigid structures, no one-size-fits-all approach.

The only requirement is that the total balance is paid in full before your official launch date. That way everything is settled, squared away, and you can focus entirely on your grand opening without a single administrative distraction.

Because let's be honest, you're going to have enough to celebrate. The last thing on your mind should be an outstanding invoice.

  • Because I dedicate a focused block of time exclusively to your launch and hit the ground running from day one, all payments are non-refundable once the build begins.

Had a change of heart before our official Discovery Call? No problem! I can offer a refund minus a $500 administrative fee to cover the time already spent on your onboarding and contract setup.

Once the build is underway there are no refunds provided. This policy exists to protect the integrity of your project and ensure every client gets my full, undivided focus from start to finish.

  • Life happens — and yes, you can cancel your project at any time for any reason. No hard feelings, no complicated exit process.

That said, any payments made up to the point of cancellation are forfeited to cover the work already completed and the time reserved on my calendar. For clients on a payment plan the project pauses immediately upon cancellation and no further work is delivered.

Think of it this way: every dollar you've paid up to that point represents real work already done on your business. The good news is that work doesn't disappear. Everything completed up to cancellation is yours to keep and build on whenever you're ready to pick things back up.

  • Life is unpredictable and I completely get it. But to keep your launch on track and hit your target date, consistent communication is a must. Think of it like a construction project — if the crew shows up and no one is there to make decisions, the build stalls.

If a project goes idle with no feedback or action item progress for more than 30 consecutive days it is considered abandoned and officially closed. Any fees paid up to that point are forfeited.

Need to restart an abandoned project? No judgment here, just a 15% reactivation fee of your total project cost to get you back on my active schedule and back on the road to launch day.

  • Absolutely and I appreciate you giving me a heads up. If you know in advance that you'll be unavailable for a vacation, family event, or anything else life throws at you, just let me know and we'll build a scheduled pause directly into your project timeline.

As long as we agree on the dates beforehand you won't be subject to any abandonment fees. Simple as that.

This is a partnership, not a race. Communication is the only thing that keeps a launch stress-free and on track, and a quick heads up goes a long way toward making sure your grand opening happens exactly when you want it to.

  • Absolutely. I don't just build the car and hand you the keys, I teach you how to drive it. And then I make sure you actually feel confident behind the wheel before I wave goodbye.

Depending on your launch package you'll walk away with a combination of walkthrough videos, a personalized launch packet, a full training session, and a step-by-step process guide so you always know exactly what to do and where to find things.

No more Googling basic updates at midnight. You've got this.

  • You do, always. I'm a big believer in small business owners having total control over their digital assets and that doesn't change just because I built them.

While I handle all the domain procurement and account setup, everything gets registered in your name with your primary email from day one. No funny business, no holding your own website hostage.

At launch I hand you a Master Login Registry, a clean, organized document with every single login, password, and account detail you need to run your business independently. Then I remove myself as admin and hand you the keys completely.

Unless of course you decide to keep me around for ongoing website management, which I'd love. But that's entirely your call!

  • Great question and the answer is simpler than you think.

A Virtual Assistant is like a property manager. They keep the house running beautifully every single day. A Small Business Operations & Systems Specialist is the contractor who builds the house from the ground up.

I specialize in the heavy lifting of the build: the systems, the workflows, the backend infrastructure that makes everything else possible. So when you eventually bring on a VA to handle your day-to-day, they're stepping into a perfectly organized, fully automated machine instead of a digital junk drawer.

Think of it as setting your future team up for success before they even walk in the door.
