Because I dedicate a focused block of time exclusively to your website build and hit the ground running from day one, all payments are non-refundable once the build begins.
Had a change of heart before our official Discovery Call? No problem! I can offer a refund minus a $500 administrative fee to cover the time already spent on your onboarding and contract setup.
Once the build is underway there are no refunds provided. This policy exists to protect the integrity of your project and ensure your website gets my full, undivided focus from the first page to the final launch.

To keep your project on track I require consistent communication. If a project goes idle with no feedback or action item progress for more than 30 consecutive days it is considered abandoned and officially closed. Need to restart? No judgment, just a 15% reactivation fee to get you back on my active schedule.

Absolutely, just give me a heads up. If you know in advance that you'll be unavailable for any reason we'll build a scheduled pause directly into your project timeline. As long as we agree on the dates beforehand you won't be subject to any abandonment fees.

You do, always! Everything gets registered in your name with your primary email from day one. At launch I hand you a Master Login Registry with every single login and account detail you need to run your site independently. Then I remove myself as admin and hand you the keys completely.
